OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
The Video Marketing Team is led by Russell Davies and Mark Shademan.
Before they went into business together, Russell and Mark worked independently with large agencies in Europe and the US. They’ve now joined together to combine their considerable experience in a venture that allows them to work directly with clients in a cost-effective way.
The Video Marketing Team have a network of talented camera crews, editors, and animators, which places them in a unique position to deliver an incredibly diverse range of video options for their clients.
RUSSELL DAVIES
Russell is a successful marketing communications specialist, with a track record spanning 20 years in the delivery of a range of campaigns to diverse audiences in the charity, leisure, travel, banking, and technology sectors. He represents a rare combination of marketing, sales, technical and creative skills, with significant experience working for corporates and smaller businesses alike.
Communication is my passion and I like nothing more than to help clients bring projects together that they may not otherwise have thought possible. I’m particularly proud of my ability to communicate without using industry jargon, so everyone knows exactly where they are with a project.
MARK SHADEMAN
An innovative cameraman and programme maker across multiple sectors including automotive, pharmaceutical and technology for almost 30 years, Mark has developed a great enthusiasm for creative programme making, inspiring him to continue working in exciting and challenging ways. One of his biggest strengths is his ability to make people feel comfortable and relaxed within a few minutes of meeting them on a shoot. This ensures the best possible performance in the shortest possible time, making for an efficient and enjoyable project.
